Return and Exchange Policy

Timeframe for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for most sealed products within 15 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

  • Products must remain sealed in their original packaging, with no broken seals or signs of tampering. This ensures product integrity and hygiene.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or order number) must be provided.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive a return label: We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions.

  3. Package your item: Place the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.

  4. Ship the item: Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Refund and Exchange Options
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your request within 2-3 business days:

  • Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received and approved.

  • Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit equal to the value of your return.
